In December 2018, Hubei Midi Smart Furniture Co., Ltd. completed and put into operation the Midi Furniture Industrial Park (Midi Home Furnishings Plaza) in Xiegu Road, Enshi High-Tech Zone, Hubei Province, with a total investment of 135 million yuan. The park covers an area of 42 mu, with a total leasable area of 11,000 square meters. Currently, over 8,000 square meters of two-story “front-shop, back-warehouse” factory and warehouse space is available for lease.
The park is situated along the ring road connecting the Enshi North and Enshi West exits of the Enqi Expressway. It offers convenient parking and easy access for vehicles of all sizes, making it ideal for warehouses, retail spaces, and manufacturing facilities.
