Park Overview
The Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone has successfully attracted Fortune 500 companies such as Neoplan, Anheuser-Busch InBev, BaoMiTe, and China Minmetals, as well as a number of China’s Top 500 enterprises including Mengniu, Yili, and Shuanghui. To date, the zone has attracted 155 foreign-invested enterprises with a total investment of $1.247 billion, consistently ranking among the top in the city for annual foreign investment.
The park features distinct industrial clusters. It prioritizes support for the automotive and parts industry, the electronic information industry, and the biopharmaceutical industry, successfully fostering a group of leading enterprises such as Youngman Auto, Jinfly Wheels, Dongjing Electronics, Kang’enbei, Luyuan Electric Vehicles, and Jinzhi Ham; it has also cultivated two industrial clusters—automotive and parts, and electronic information—each with an output value exceeding 10 billion yuan.
The park boasts entrepreneurial platforms such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences Jinhua Science and Technology Park, a national-level technology incubator, and a national-level postdoctoral research station. The scale of the Science and Technology Park’s Entrepreneurship Service Center ranks among the top in the province. It is home to 118 high-tech enterprises and 94 high-tech R&D centers. The park has established 8 national and provincial-level Productivity Promotion Centers and 19 postdoctoral research stations, attracting 22 PhDs, including 2 selected for the national “Thousand Talents Program” and 5 for the provincial “Thousand Talents Program.”
