The Zhongnan High-Tech Yangzhong Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park covers an area of 561 mu, with a total investment of nearly 2 billion yuan. It focuses on attracting pollution-free, high-quality enterprises in sectors such as intelligent electrical equipment manufacturing, eco-friendly new materials, green energy, and electronic information. The park is being developed into an urban-style industrial park that integrates production and manufacturing, R&D and design, pilot-scale technology commercialization, headquarters for manufacturing enterprises, product show, and supporting production facilities.The industrial park project is divided into three phases. Phase I covers 271 mu, with an investment of 950 million yuan and a total floor area of 220,000 square meters. Upon full completion, it is projected to generate an output value of 800 million yuan, with profits and taxes exceeding 67 million yuan, and attract no fewer than 40 enterprises to the park.
Preliminary architectural design and geological surveys for Phase I have been completed;Investor recruitment has commenced, with the goal of securing contracts with at least 10 enterprises during the Yangzhong Pufferfish Festival. In the near future, preliminary construction work for the industrial park will begin, including site grading, test piling, and construction drawing design. This will ensure that full-scale construction commences as soon as possible following the listing of the Phase I plot in March 2019. The project will maintain continuous construction without interruption, with meticulous organization and accelerated progress to ensure early completion, early production, and early results.
