The Songshan Lake (Eco-Park) Electronic Information Industrial Park is being developed and constructed by the Dongguan Private Investment Group.With a total investment of approximately 3 billion yuan and covering an area of about 220 mu, the park is located in Chashan Town, Dongguan. Situated in the central area of the Ecological Park section of the Songshan Lake National High-Tech Zone, the park enjoys an excellent surrounding ecological environment. It is 5 km east of Ecological Park Avenue, the Eastern Expressway, and the Congwan Expressway, and 4 km north of the Dongguan Port Railway Station and Line R2. The area benefits from convenient access to urban expressways, highways, and rail transit.
The project has been designated as a key industrial construction project of Guangdong Province and a major industrial construction project of Dongguan City. The park focuses on attracting industries such as next-generation communication networks, integrated circuits and high-end electronic components, smart terminals, and new forms of information technology, complemented by big data application products and services, to gradually form an industrial cluster centered on intelligent equipment and next-generation information technology.
