The Zhuzhou Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park project by Zhongnan High-Tech is located within the Independent Innovation Park of the China Power Valley in Zhuzhou. With a total investment of 3 billion yuan, the project covers a total area of 508 mu. It consists of two parts: the Smart Innovation Plaza and the Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park, and is expected to be completed in September 2022.Upon completion and operation, the project is projected to generate annual tax revenue of 45 million yuan, with tax revenue per mu exceeding 300,000 yuan. It will attract 247 small and medium-sized enterprises, contributing over 100 million yuan in tax revenue. The project features Zhongnan High-Tech’s brand-new fourth-generation product line, offering independent ownership, flexible floor area configurations, and diverse structural options to fully meet enterprises’ requirements for office space, production, and R&D.
