Lian Dong U-Valley Minhang International Enterprise Park is located in the core area of the Southern Minhang Science and Technology Innovation Center, adjacent to two national-level development zones—the Minhang Development Zone and the Zizhu High-Tech Zone. Surrounded by the G15, G60, S4,S20, as well as the Shenjiahu Expressway and Jiamin Elevated Road that traverse Maqiao, the park serves as a hub connecting Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui provinces, driving the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.Two key universities—Shanghai Jiao Tong University and East China Normal University—provide the park with a steady stream of talent. The project covers 77 mu (approximately 5.1 hectares), with a planned gross floor area of 110,000 square meters, a floor area ratio of 1.94, and a green space ratio of 20%. It focuses on advanced manufacturing sectors such as smart healthcare, medical devices, electronic information, and intelligent manufacturing. As a key development project in Minhang District, the park is a brand-new “five-star” facility integrating smart manufacturing, R&D, and office functions.
