The Shijiazhuang Branch of the Zhongguancun Overseas Science and Technology Park is jointly developed and operated by Hebei Fangda Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Zhongguancun Overseas Science and Technology Park Co., Ltd. Located at the intersection of Tianshan Street and Cangning Road in the Shijiazhuang High-Tech Zone, the project was officially approved in October 2017. It covers a total area of 100 mu (approximately 6.7 hectares) and has a planned construction area of 200,000 square meters.Phase I covers 60,000 square meters and is scheduled to be operational in 2021, with the entire project expected to be fully completed by the end of 2023. The park is positioned as a technology business incubator with accelerator functions, aiming to promote technological innovation and foster technology-based enterprises. It focuses on attracting high-quality enterprises and innovative startup projects in four key sectors: biopharmaceuticals, electronic information, smart manufacturing, and modern services.
