The Huzhou Guoquan Dongyuan Smart Industrial Park is located in Wuxing District, Huzhou City, at the heart of the Yangtze River Delta. It is situated 200 meters from the Huzhou exit of the G50 Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway, 3 kilometers north of Lake Taihu, and 5 kilometers south of the city center. The project covers an area of 162 mu, with a total floor area of approximately 165,000 square meters.The Huzhou Guoquan Dongyuan Smart Industrial Park project is being developed in two phases. Phase I was completed and delivered in 2020, while Phase II is currently under construction and is expected to be delivered in the first half of 2022.
