Located in Xindu District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, the Chengdu Xiangchuang Manufacturing Industrial Park is a high-quality, standardized smart manufacturing park for the rail transit industry. It was developed by Chengdu Xianghui Construction and Development Co., Ltd. in accordance with Chengdu’s rail transit industry development strategy, with the support of the Chengdu Industrial Group and the Xindu District Government.
With rail transit and aerospace as its industrial foundation and the electronic information industry as its core, the industrial park integrates production, office space, research and development, and services, and has now been developed into a comprehensive industrial complex.The industrial park covers an area of approximately 230 mu (about 15.3 hectares), with a total floor area of 172,200 square meters. This includes 63,800 square meters of single-story factory space, 74,700 square meters of multi-story factory space, and 8,900 square meters of supporting facilities, along with a total of 523 underground parking spaces.
A total of four enterprises within the park have initiated closed-loop production, accounting for 67% of the park’s manufacturing enterprises, with a combined workforce of approximately 650 employees engaged in closed-loop operations. Since Xindu District launched its orderly resumption of work and production on September 14, eight enterprises have resumed operations, involving 706 employees, bringing the resumption rate to 98.7%.As enterprises gradually resume operations, the Chengdu Industrial Group Xiangchuang Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park has proactively assumed social responsibility, shouldering the burden and rallying enterprises to establish a coordinated, top-down work mechanism with strict epidemic prevention and control measures. At the same time, leveraging information technology, the park conducts dynamic monitoring and provides online guidance to comprehensively enhance epidemic prevention and control efforts, ensuring uninterrupted frontline services during the pandemic. Through effective and efficient services, the park is helping enterprises return to their production “golden period” as quickly as possible.
