The first phase of the Yangzhou Peking University Science and Technology Park is located in Buildings 8–10 of the New Financial Business Complex within the Shugang-Slender West Lake Scenic Area in Yangzhou. With a total operational area of 28,000 square meters, it focuses on the fields of industrial design and digital creative industries. The park features an innovation and R&D zone, an industrial cluster zone, and a technology service demonstration zone, providing entrepreneurs and technology companies with a range of supporting facilities and services, including diverse office spaces, exhibition and networking areas, shared meeting rooms, value-added services, and business leisure amenities.Phase II is planned to develop a science and technology innovation demonstration base covering an area of approximately 110 mu. The park has currently identified over 400 potential enterprise projects and has selected nearly 30 high-quality companies to move in.
