Park Overview
The Chengdu Economic and Technological Development Zone Science and Technology Industry Incubation Park (also known as the Sichuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Industry Park) is located in Chengdu, the “Land of Abundance.” It is an incubation industrial park that integrates innovation and entrepreneurship incubation, industrial operations, platform development, and business services. Situated at the intersection of the Tianfu New Area and the National Chengdu Economic and Technological Development Zone—key areas of Chengdu’s “Eastward Expansion” and “Central Optimization” strategies—the park benefits from multiple policy incentives and urban development dividends.
Since its opening, the park has been designated as a “Key Construction Project” in Sichuan’s industrial sector and has received numerous national, provincial, and municipal honors and certifications, including recognition as a National-Level Incubator. The park places great emphasis on talent recruitment and services, having established the Longquanyi District New Talent Workstation and attracted over 30 high-level talents—including a Nobel laureate—to settle within the park.
The park’s master plan covers an area of over 500 mu (approximately 33 hectares), with a planned construction area of 600,000 square meters. Currently, the first phase of 180,000 square meters has been completed and is successfully operational. By establishing an eco-innovative, one-stop incubation service model, the park has attracted 256 enterprises specializing in the health industry and smart manufacturing.
