The Public Service Platform of the National Jewelry Cultural and Creative Industry Base receives technical and policy guidance from the Jewelry and Gemstone Management Center of the Ministry of Land and Resources. The platform will establish more than ten sub-projects, including: the development of an industrial tourism project that integrates all stages of jewelry production and processing;establishing a trading platform for intellectual property capitalization, a creative incubation platform, a financing service platform, and a cloud service platform; introducing evaluation, testing, and standards R&D centers; establishing Sino-foreign cooperative training institutions; applying for the establishment of convenient warehousing and logistics centers for gold, silver, and diamonds; and introducing advanced foreign jewelry processing equipment, among other projects.
