Park Overview
Located in Blue Silicon Valley, the Country Garden Blue Valley Blue Sea Technology Park is Country Garden Group’s first technology industrial park in northern China developed under the “industry-city integration” model.Phase I of the project covers a total area of 590 mu (approximately 39.3 hectares), with a total floor area of about 1.2 million square meters and a total investment of approximately 12 billion yuan. It encompasses functional spaces for headquarters offices, technology R&D, business incubation, commercial services, and residential amenities, aiming to create a modern marine-themed technology park that integrates industry, academia, research, commerce, and residential living, with a distinct focus on the marine industry and a strong demonstration effect.Currently, the industrial project on Plot 10 of Phase I, covering approximately 50,000 square meters, has been officially delivered for use. Key industrial leasing options include: standard industrial office buildings offering headquarters and R&D towers ranging from 66 to 1,080 square meters (13 stories);standalone headquarters and R&D buildings of 1,000 or 4,000 square meters (2–3 stories); and custom-built headquarters buildings ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 square meters. Industrial land resources include 32 mu of research and development land and 100–200 mu of commercial land (for industrial use), available for customized construction, joint development, and other collaborative models.
