Haiping International (Hunan) Medical Device Industrial Park is China’s first medical device park designed to drive industry growth. Its core business consists of three main areas: the development and investment promotion of medical device industrial parks, the operation and management of such parks, and the investment and development of medical device manufacturing enterprises.
Phase I of the park covers an area of 110,000 square meters and has attracted 36 medical device manufacturers and 5 related R&D and service providers. Phase II is planned to cover 140,000 square meters and will be divided into five functional zones: the European Enterprise Zone, the American Enterprise Zone, the Joint Venture Zone, the Platform Service Zone, and the Support Zone. Upon completion, the park plans to attract 20 to 30 overseas enterprises and introduce 30 to 50 overseas medical device technologies and innovations.
