Established in 2004, the Daijiashan Science and Technology Innovation Park is a collectively owned enterprise of Daijiashan Village and was designated as a key science and technology park project supported by the Wuhan Municipal Government in 2008. The park is planned to cover an area of 266,400 square meters and will be developed in three phases. Phase I consists of a multi-purpose industrial complex with a total floor area of over 100,000 square meters, including both single-story and multi-story buildings;Phase II consists of an incubator building with a total floor area of 200,000 square meters; Phase III comprises 200,000 square meters of supporting facilities integrating commercial, business office, and cultural and recreational amenities.
