Park Overview
The park is located in Ande Town, Pidu District, east of the Wenpi-Peng Expressway and north of National Highway 317. It is approximately 11 kilometers from Pidu District and 30 kilometers from downtown Chengdu, with a planned area of 5.1 square kilometers. As a developing industrial park, it features relatively well-developed infrastructure, with production-related support systems—including energy, telecommunications, wastewater treatment, and logistics—largely in place. Lifestyle services such as education, healthcare, and public transportation are primarily provided by surrounding urban areas.The park is the only industrial park in China named after a regional cuisine. It has been awarded honorary titles by national ministries and commissions, including “China Sichuan Cuisine Industrialized Food Processing Base,” “National Agricultural Product Processing Demonstration Base,” “National Agricultural Industrialization Demonstration Base,” “Most Influential Seasoning Industrial Park,” and “Best Seasoning Industrial Park.”Transportation: The park is connected to the outside world via the Chengdu-Guanxian Expressway and the Second Ring Expressway. By 2022, the park aims to achieve a total industrial output value of over 50 billion yuan and total tax revenue of 900 million yuan, driving the district’s food industry to surpass 100 billion yuan in output value. The China Sichuan Cuisine Industrial Park is the nation’s only industrial park named after a regional cuisine. Located in the heart of the Chengdu-Guanxian Corridor,east of the Wen-Pi-Peng Expressway and north of National Highway 317. With a planned area of 5.1 square kilometers, it is one of the 21 concentrated industrial development zones planned by Chengdu City. Designated by Chengdu as the global production and distribution hub for Sichuan cuisine ingredients and raw materials, the park focuses on developing specialty food industries centered on “Pi County Douban,” serving as the core vehicle for Pidu District’s strategic goal of cultivating a 100-billion-yuan food industry cluster. The park has been successively awarded honorary titles by national ministries and commissions, including “China Sichuan Cuisine Industrialized Food Processing Base,” “National Agricultural Product Processing Demonstration Base,” “National Agricultural Industrialization Demonstration Base,” “Most Influential Seasoning Industrial Park,” and “Best Seasoning Industrial Park.” Currently, the park boasts 5 China Well-Known Trademarks, 4 Provincial Famous Trademarks, 9 Municipal Famous Trademarks, and 13 Sichuan Provincial Famous Brand Products;one time-honored Chinese brand enterprise; four national key agricultural industrialization leading enterprises; ten provincial and municipal key agricultural industrialization leading enterprises; and six national high-tech enterprises; 26 Grade A Green Food certificates and one organic food product certification; and 16 national, provincial, and municipal enterprise technology centers (engineering technology) and academician (expert) innovation workstations. Among these, the first National Enterprise Technology Center in the national condiment industry is located in the Sichuan Cuisine Industrial Park.
