Park Overview
The 1 million-square-meter standardized factory complex in Caijiapu is located in the industrial zone of the Baoji Caijiapu Economic Development Zone. To the west lies Fastek Avenue, which connects to the Shaanxi Fastek Group; to the east is Caowu Road, linking to the Shaanxi Automobile Group’s main plant; to the south runs South Ring Road, which traverses the project from east to west; and to the north, it borders the Baoji-Lanzhou High-Speed Railway.
Led by leading vehicle assembly enterprises such as Shaanxi Automobile Baohua, Fast, Tongli, and Tongjia, the Caijiapu 1 Million Square Meter Standardized Factory Building Project has spurred rapid development in the automotive and automotive parts industries centered around the circular development of upstream enterprises. This has fostered three key supporting industries in Caijiapu: "key assemblies for new energy vehicles," "chassis and powertrains," and "special-purpose vehicle body components."
The project covers a total area of nearly 2,200 mu. Construction and tenant recruitment for Phases I and II have been largely completed, with existing tenants including Jinding Casting (a subsidiary of Shaanxi Automobile), Shengxin Electromechanical, Rongding Machinery, Changyou Petroleum Equipment, and Xintongshi Automotive Air Conditioning, among others. Currently, the primary focus for external investment promotion and sales is Phase III of the project.
Phase III covers an area of 1,107 mu and is primarily divided into five functional zones:
1. Comprehensive Service Zone: Features comprehensive service facilities such as hotels, apartments, restaurants, and an activity center;
2. Corporate Headquarters Zone: Includes a comprehensive service center building and 12 corporate villas. The nine-story center building provides office space and partial comprehensive services for enterprises; the corporate villas, each spanning 1,200 square meters, can serve as headquarters for tenant companies;
3. Electronics Manufacturing Zone: Four 5-story reinforced concrete factory buildings, each equipped with 10 freight elevators and 3 passenger elevators with load capacities of 2 tons and 1 ton, respectively. The factory spaces are divisible, ranging from 1,000 to 39,000 square meters;
4. Machinery Processing Zone: A total of 48 single-story steel-structured standard factory buildings, ranging in size from 2,500 m² to 14,000 m² per building. Each building is planned to include a two-story auxiliary building. Factory building heights range from 9 meters to 14 meters, with spans of 18 meters and 24 meters, and are equipped with overhead cranes of varying load capacities;
5. Logistics and Warehousing Zone: As a key supporting component of the park, the area adjacent to Caowu Road on the eastern side of the park is designated for the construction of dedicated logistics and warehousing facilities to provide logistics support services for enterprises within the park.
