Industrial Park Introduction
The Pizhou Port Industrial Park is hailed as an industrial new district, logistics hub, commercial center, and livable community along the Grand Canal. Located in the central part of Pizhou City, it is adjacent to the main urban area, connected by a waterway and three bridges, with West Ring Road running through the park. It embodies the integration of industry and urban development, fostering synergistic economic and social growth. Leveraging the port and railway freight yard, the Lingang Industrial Park has a total planned area of 100 square kilometers, with a core zone of 10 square kilometers. Thirteen new 2,000-ton-class berths are under construction. The port adopts a contiguous, shore-parallel layout with a berth shoreline of 1,112 meters and a designed annual throughput capacity of 11 million tons, complemented by onshore cargo yards and warehousing facilities. The park boasts a solid industrial foundation and well-developed infrastructure. Its industrial development focuses on four key sectors: green building materials, smart manufacturing, power and energy, and warehousing and logistics. Currently, there are over 50 large-scale enterprises operating within the park.
