The Ordos Airport Logistics Park is a key autonomous regional-level park planned and constructed by the Ordos Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to accelerate industrial clustering and the integration of industry and urban development in the central urban area, and to vigorously promote the development of the airport economy and industrial transformation and upgrading. The park integrates functions such as scientific research and development, processing and manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, and comprehensive bonded operations.Located at the core of the national Hohhot-Baotou-Yinchuan-Yulin Economic Belt and the Inner Mongolia Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos Economic Circle, the park is home to the Ordos International Airport—designed with an annual throughput capacity of 12 million passengers—as well as stations for the Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos Intercity Railway and the Ordos Urban Light Rail.Ordos Railway Station is adjacent to the park, serving as a sub-center of the city’s central urban area and a multi-modal transportation hub integrating rail, road, and air transport.
