Lian Dong U Valley · Shanghai Jiading International Enterprise Port is part of the Shanghai International Automobile City industrial cluster—specifically, the 9.5-square-kilometer “Shanghai New Energy Vehicle and Key Components Industrial Base” in Waigang. It is the only themed industrial complex within the 2-square-kilometer planning area designated for the first phase of development.
The project covers a total area of 351 mu (approximately 23.4 hectares), with Phase I featuring a total planned floor area of approximately 170,000 square meters. Aligned with Jiading’s industrial priorities, it is positioned as an integrated industrial complex catering to high-tech sectors such as automotive parts, precision machining, and medical devices, combining headquarters offices, pilot-scale R&D facilities, standard industrial buildings, and business support services.
