【Project Overview】
Covering an area of 30 mu (approximately 2 hectares), the project features a total floor area of approximately 66,000 square meters, comprising 50,035 square meters of above-ground space and 15,965 square meters of underground space. It includes a total of 484 parking spaces and consists of two buildings, A and B. The ground floor of each building houses commercial and service facilities for the park, including a cafeteria, convenience store, gym, roadshow hall, and enterprise service center.
