The Qingwang (Yueyang) Semiconductor Industrial Park project is Qingwang Technology’s first initiative in Hunan. The Group will integrate high-quality resources to fully develop a smart manufacturing innovation park that spans the entire upstream and downstream industrial chain, covering electronic information, artificial intelligence (including robotics), smart manufacturing, and R&D, thereby driving the high-quality development of the region’s high-tech industrial ecosystem.The project is located in Block C of the Digital Economy Industrial Complex within the Yueyang Free Trade Zone. Situated in the core area of the industrial complex, this block covers an area of 130 mu (approximately 8.7 hectares) with a total floor area of about 217,000 square meters. It comprises a relatively independent complex consisting of 18 standalone commercial villas, 2 standardized factory buildings, and 3 high-rise office towers.
