The "Two Zones and One Park" Industrial, Scientific, and Economic Special Zone in Uzbekistan is invested in, constructed, and operated by Anhui Huayan Group. Approved by presidential decree in August 2024, it aims to establish a first-class green and low-carbon industrial park in Central Asia that is among the most advanced in the world.

The park benefits from a prime location adjacent to Chirchik Airport, a railway hub, and the M39 Expressway, offering significant logistical advantages with Tashkent International Airport just one hour away.

Core Advantages and Features
The "Two Zones and One Park" enjoys Uzbekistan’s highest level of preferential policies: investments ranging from $300,000 to $10 million are eligible for a 3- to 10-year full exemption from four major tax categories, including land tax and income tax, with income tax reduced by half upon expiration; imported raw materials are exempt from customs duties.

The park focuses on developing industries such as green building materials, furniture and home appliances, automotive parts, and new energy and new materials, and is committed to building Central Asia’s first smart low-carbon industrial cluster.

Construction of the park officially commenced in May 2025. With a total planned floor area exceeding 1 million square meters and an operational term of up to 49 years (renewable upon expiration), the park provides enterprises with a stable environment for development.
