Lian Dong U Valley · Shanxi Science and Technology Innovation and Intelligent Manufacturing Hub is located in the core area of the Tanghuai Industrial Zone within the Shanxi Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone for Transformation. As a key provincial project in Shanxi for 2024, it covers an area of approximately 170 mu.With a planned total floor area of approximately 70,000 square meters, the complex comprises 23 buildings, including standalone R&D and production facilities ranging from 1,700 to 4,000 square meters, as well as multi-story industrial buildings ranging from 500 to 1,600 square meters. The project aims to create a smart manufacturing industrial cluster that integrates production, R&D, pilot-scale testing and commercialization, and supporting facilities.Upon completion, the project is expected to attract over 60 enterprises, with an estimated annual output value of 1.3 billion yuan once full production capacity is reached.
