Gaochuang WORLD Industrial Park is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of 16th Street and 11th Street in the Xiasha Industrial Cluster of Qiantang District. It occupies a vast site with a total floor area of approximately 360,000 square meters. The above-ground floor area is planned to reach approximately 238,000 square meters, with full completion expected in 2026.Gaochuang WORLD Industrial Park is Qiantang District’s first “Future Industrial Complex.” Its design concept is unique and creative, centered on “a more versatile architectural ecosystem, a flexible and adaptable spatial ecosystem, and a fully equipped park ecosystem,” achieving a perfect blend of “overall landmark status, modular flexibility, and rigorous logic.” The project aims not only to drive the innovative development of smart manufacturing but also to establish a new-era industrial model for Qiantang District.The park features a carefully planned layout of 12 production buildings and 1 supporting facility, with individual buildings designed in three different sizes: 10,000, 20,000, and 30,000 square meters. In architectural design, we adhere to the principle of “larger units facing the street, smaller units with scenic views,” ensuring that every building maximizes space utilization while offering unique vistas.
Furthermore, the project features the “Six Key Elements of a Standalone Industrial Complex.” Through meticulously planned functional layouts and shared-space designs, it creates a research and production environment and supporting facilities that are both highly efficient and convenient, as well as flexible and versatile. In terms of supporting facilities, the industrial park offers multifunctional spaces for commerce, daily living, conferences, exhibitions, and sports, catering to a wide range of needs.In terms of circulation design, we have optimized the separation of vehicle, cargo, and pedestrian traffic, directing pedestrian flow to the second-floor sky bridge to ensure safer and more efficient movement. Furthermore, the ingenious integration of the internal vitality loop road with sunken courtyards creates a new functional experience that seamlessly combines diversity and shared spaces, further enhancing the park’s vitality and comprehensive functionality.
