The Zhejiang Construction Science and Technology Innovation Park project is located at the intersection of Xihu District and the Chengxi Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in Hangzhou. It is being developed by Zhejiang Zhejian Industrial Investment Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhejiang Construction Group, with construction carried out by Zhejiang Construction Decoration Group. The project covers a total land area of 18,937 square meters and a total floor area of 82,600 square meters. It consists of two high-rise industrial buildings, arranged in a double-L shape to form a cohesive architectural complex resembling two hands clasped together.
The project focuses on four major emerging industries: "new materials, high-end equipment, smart construction, and the digital economy." It also incubates and fosters other strategic emerging industries such as new energy, next-generation information technology, and energy conservation and environmental protection, forming a "4+X" innovative industrial structure system. It aims to create an operational innovation platform that drives industrial upgrading through the integration and innovation of core businesses and emerging technologies, as well as an enterprise incubation and cultivation platform utilizing capital operations, direct investment, or equity participation via industrial investment funds.Constructed by Zhejiang Decoration, the Zhejiang Construction Science and Technology Park serves as a landmark project dedicated to building the "new quality productive forces" engine for Zhejiang Construction Group. As the Group’s platform for these new productive forces, it will help establish an investment and development platform for innovation-driven new industries and new growth sectors, thereby enhancing the Group’s overall scientific and technological innovation capabilities.
Upon completion, the Zhejiang Construction Science and Technology Innovation Park will attract numerous emerging industries—including new materials, high-end equipment, smart construction, and the digital economy—to establish operations there. This will create an industrial agglomeration effect, advance Zhejiang Construction Group’s strategic layout in emerging industries, and provide robust innovative momentum for the Group’s high-quality development.
