[Project Overview]
The project is located on Section 1 of Gaoxiong Road in the National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Guanghan City, one of the top 100 counties in western China’s economy. It covers an area of approximately 300 mu (about 20 hectares) and features 130,000 square meters of completed steel-structured factory buildings, each with its own property title.

As a major heavy industrial city in western China, Guanghan’s secondary industry contributes nearly 50% to its GDP.Located within a concentrated industrial development cluster, the project will actively attract high-value-added industries such as electronics and information technology and mechanical processing in accordance with the overall plan of the High-Tech Zone Administrative Committee. It is committed to building a demonstration base for new industrialization and supporting the development of Guanghan’s secondary industry.
Situated at the core transportation hub for economic exchange between Chengdu’s Qingbaijiang District and Guanghan—along Zhongshan Avenue and Huanbi South Road—the project serves a combined population of approximately 1 million in the urban areas of Qingbaijiang and Guanghan.
