Park Overview
Shanghai Anting No. 1 Bay Technology Park is located in Anting Town, along Zhongbai Road—bordering Bao’an Highway to the north and Yanzhaobang Bridge to the south. It is a technology park that integrates the production and R&D of automotive parts. The park currently houses over 200 on-site enterprises and serves as a core hub for leading automotive parts companies. Within the park lies an ancient tree park featuring a 1,200-year-old ginkgo tree known as the “Tree King,” which is one of the reasons the park is named “No. 1 Bay Technology Park.” The park is home to numerous automotive companies and their supporting enterprises, including well-known automotive parts manufacturers such as Aptiv and ZF Asia Pacific Group Co., Ltd.Aptiv has constructed a new low-carbon, green factory and office building within the park, with a total floor area of 47,000 square meters. ZF Asia Pacific Group has also added a 4,000-square-meter factory building on its existing site to expand production of Electric Power Steering (EPS) systems.
Anting No. 1 Bay Technology Park utilizes diverse models—such as “cooperative development,” “zero-land-increase renovation and expansion,” and “direct land acquisition”—to revitalize industrial land resources and promote industrial clustering, development, and transformation.
To optimize the business environment, the park has established a dedicated research team to conduct door-to-door inspections for safety hazards and has added designated parking areas to alleviate the “parking shortage” issue. Additionally, the park offers smart, eco-friendly office and R&D facilities, including a 7,500-square-meter landscaped plaza, a conference hall accommodating 300–500 people, a 3,000-square-meter cafeteria, and 5,000 square meters of talent apartments, providing tenant companies with comprehensive living and working amenities.
