The CCCC Binhaiwan Science and Technology Innovation and Manufacturing Park is located in the Weiyuan Island area of the Binhaiwan New Area. With a total investment of 1.9 billion yuan, the project covers an area of approximately 107 mu and features a total floor area exceeding 250,000 square meters.As the first low-cost, high-quality industrial space in the Binhaiwan New Area, the CCCC Binhaiwan Science and Technology Innovation and Intelligent Manufacturing Park is planned to include corporate headquarters, medium-sized production facilities, R&D and pilot production workshops, shared laboratories, and industrial incubators, with a primary focus on strategic emerging industries such as the digital economy and life sciences.Currently, Binhai Bay is focusing on three leading industries—smart terminals, artificial intelligence, and technology services—along with several future-oriented industries. It is prioritizing the development of five distinctive industrial parks to accelerate the formation of three major industrial innovation clusters, thereby driving the New Area’s industrial development toward greater concentration, clustering, and openness.
