The project is located at No. 2711, Middle Section of Yizhou Avenue, Chengdu High-Tech Zone. It covers an area of approximately 38 mu, with a floor area ratio of 3.98 and a total floor area of approximately 140,000 square meters. This includes approximately 91,500 square meters of research and office space, approximately 11,600 square meters of commercial facilities, and 832 parking spaces. The project is developed and constructed by Gaotou Real Estate Co., Ltd. and managed and operated by High-Tech Electronics Science and Technology Services.
As a high-quality innovation and technology space centered on the integrated circuit design industry, the park is committed to becoming the first IC design office building in the southern High-Tech Zone to feature a public technical service platform for integrated circuits.In terms of product design, concepts such as “Urban Bonsai,” “Space Under the Umbrella,” “Industry Hotspots,” and “Resource Collaboration” have been employed to balance the conflicting demands of industry development and public resource needs. Within a limited space, the project integrates multiple functions—including office space, research and development facilities, and lifestyle amenities—to create a landmark innovation space for the IC industry that harmoniously blends “city, people, and industry.”
