Pinzhi Shenwan Technology Park is one of Zhongshan City’s key projects aimed at revitalizing underutilized industrial parks in rural areas, with a total investment exceeding 1 billion yuan. Led by Pinzhi (Zhongshan) Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as the anchor enterprise, the project plans to attract multiple upstream and downstream supply chain companies to establish an integrated industrial base for health-related electronic devices that combines R&D, production, and sales.

Project Background and Location
Pinzhi Shenwan Technology Park is located in Zhongshan City on a site formerly owned by the Shenwan Village Economic Cooperative. Prior to redevelopment, the site consisted primarily of old factory buildings with corrugated iron roofs, with a floor area ratio (FAR) of only 0.73 and low land utilization efficiency. After redevelopment, the FAR will exceed 3.0, with new construction area exceeding 201,800 square meters.

Project Planning and Facilities
Pinzhi Shenwan Technology Park plans to construct 18 standalone factory buildings, 6 high-rise factory buildings, and 1 supporting facility. Upon completion, the project is expected to generate an output value exceeding 1.46 billion yuan and annual tax revenue exceeding 60 million yuan, while significantly boosting the annual income of the village collective economy.

Industrial Focus and Tenant Companies
As a base for the health and wellness electronic equipment industry, the Pinzhi Shenwan Technology Park will attract numerous upstream and downstream supply chain companies to establish operations there, forming a complete industrial chain. The project developer, Pinzhi (Zhongshan) Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd., will play a pivotal role as the anchor enterprise in driving the development of the industrial cluster.
