The Yuejiada Industrial Park covers a total planned area of approximately 23 mu, with a total floor area of about 83,000 square meters. The project will be developed in two phases. Phase I will feature a floor area of 31,000 square meters, comprising 13-story high-rise factory buildings ranging from 1,206 to 2,412 square meters in size. Phase II will include factory buildings, dormitories, supporting facilities, and underground spaces totaling approximately 52,000 square meters.The industrial park project focuses on attracting industries in toy design and innovation, apparel and textiles, new materials, electronics and information technology, and supporting sectors. It aims to create a green industrial park that integrates manufacturing and R&D, e-commerce, warehousing and logistics, production and living amenities, financial services, and smart park management.
