Dongze Zhihui Park is located in the southern part of the Bai'etang Business District in Liwan District. It serves as a key component of the “Guangzhou South Station–Sanlongwan–Liwan Hailong” pilot zone for the high-quality integrated development of Guangzhou and Foshan. It is a modern industrial smart manufacturing hub emerging in the heart of Liwan City and a flagship project of the Dongsha Modern Urban Industrial Park.
With a total floor area of approximately 85,000 m², the complex is divided into Building 1 and Building 2. Classified as M1 industrial land, it is planned as a modern, high-standard production-oriented industrial facility.
Featuring factory spaces ranging from 2,000 to 10,000 m², the complex includes equipment workshops with 8-meter ceilings, assembly workshops with 6.5-meter ceilings, and production workshops with 5-meter ceilings. It also offers a standalone building of over 40,000 m² with production lines up to 88 meters long, as well as stepped and terrace designs suitable for various smart manufacturing industries and brand manufacturers.
