Covering an area of 92 mu, the park has a total floor area of 116,592.85 square meters and comprises six buildings ranging from 3 to 15 stories, with a total investment of 580 million yuan.Through the "fund + base + project" model, the park focuses on IC equipment manufacturing, third-generation semiconductors, and smart wearable devices.
