Zhongchuang Yingke·Baohua Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park is developed and constructed by Foshan Baohua Renewable Resources Co., Ltd. Focusing on new energy, new materials, and smart manufacturing as its core industries, the project aims to establish a model industrial cluster in northern Foshan and help Sanshui cultivate new drivers for high-quality development.
Covering approximately 200 mu (about 13.3 hectares), the park has a total floor area of approximately 350,000 square meters. It is a comprehensive industrial park that integrates manufacturing, R&D, product marketing, industrial services, and smart living.The project is planned in three phases. Phase I has already attracted 23 enterprises and is equipped with comprehensive supporting facilities; Phase II covers 100,000 square meters, including 70,000 square meters of industrial space currently under construction, a 30,000-square-meter mixed-use building, and talent apartments; Phase III is planned to feature custom-designed industrial spaces for enterprises, available for sale in divisible units.
The park is operated and managed by Zhongchuang Yingke, which provides services including corporate financial and tax consulting, legal and financial advisory, policy coordination, talent recruitment, and industrial value-added services.
