The Anhui Intelligent Software Industrial Park consists of three phases, covering an area of 500 mu with a total construction area of 500,000 square meters. The park’s design prioritizes iconic elements to establish a benchmark for the city’s image and create a national-level demonstration park. The project is jointly developed by Hefei Shushan High-Tech Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd. and USTC Guochuang Software Co., Ltd. through a mixed-ownership reform model. Together, they have formed a market-oriented operational team and established Anhui Zhiruan Digital Technology Co., Ltd., which is responsible for investment promotion, operations, and management of the Anhui Intelligent Software Industrial Park.
Centered on the “1+1+1+N” development framework, the park is positioned as a “Pioneering Park, Intelligent Park, and Symbiotic Park,” delivering 12 service modules across three dimensions: spatial infrastructure, innovation empowerment, and ecosystem services. The project comprises three phases, covering an area of 500 mu with a total construction area of 500,000 square meters.

Park Amenities: The Anhui Intelligent Software Industrial Park fully leverages the high-quality supporting resources of the Shushan Economic Development Zone: 10 employee cafeterias capable of serving nearly 10,000 people simultaneously; 1,200 units of talent apartments, 10,000 units of employee apartments, and the China Overseas Mansion high-end talent apartments, which can accommodate 50,000 residents; and multiple bus routes along with free shuttle services to address the “last mile” of employee commuting.The park is adjacent to the 6,000-mu Four Seasons Flower Sea Park, the 134-mu Shushan Sports Park, and the 43-mu Shushan Urban Sports Park. Surrounding the area are the 8,500-mu Dashushan Forest Park, the Dongpu Reservoir with a catchment area of 207.5 square kilometers, as well as the Hefei Wildlife Zoo and the Three Kingdoms Ruins Park, creating an exceptional ecological environment.
