Jiangmen Shangyuan Industrial Park is located in Zishan Town, Heshan City, Jiangmen, Guangdong Province. It is an integral part of the Longwan High-Tech Development Zone, with a planned total area of approximately 187,800 square meters. The industrial park offers convenient transportation and comprehensive supporting facilities, featuring five major platforms: a financial services platform, a technology services platform, a human resources platform, a legal services platform, and a smart park management platform.
The park features brand-new three-story factory buildings with a ceiling height of 8 meters on the first floor and 5 meters on the second and third floors. The load-bearing capacity of the second and third floors ranges from 800 kg/m² to 500 kg/m², and the factory spaces can be customized to meet specific business needs. Additionally, the park is equipped with facilities such as a central cafeteria, a shopping center, an employee recreation center, employee dormitories, and an entrepreneur exchange center.
Construction of this industrial park began on February 24, 2020, with a planned total investment of 1 billion yuan. It primarily focuses on the research and development, production, processing, sales, installation, and maintenance of automated intelligent equipment, industrial robots and robotic arms, CNC machine tools, new general-purpose machinery, electrical equipment, precision components, automotive parts, telecommunications equipment and accessories, and lighting fixtures and accessories. Upon reaching full production capacity, it is projected to generate an annual output value of 2.5 billion yuan and tax revenue of 80 million yuan.
