The Julu Xiguocheng Town Smart Manufacturing Equipment Industrial Park project is located in Julu County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province. Phase I covers an area of approximately 147 mu,with a total floor area of approximately 85,000 square meters. Construction includes five single-story steel-frame workshops, two two-story steel-frame workshops, one concrete-frame research building, a guardhouse, an above-ground staircase, and an underground equipment room. Supporting infrastructure within the park includes roads, site paving, landscaping, perimeter fencing, as well as fire protection, water supply, power supply, and utility networks.Main construction began in the third quarter of 2022, with the project expected to be completed and put into use in the fourth quarter of 2024. The total investment amounts to approximately 137 million yuan.
