Park Overview
The Xiamen Shituo Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Motor Industrial Park was developed and constructed by Xiamen Tungsten Motor Industry Co., Ltd. It is planned to cover an area of 1,500 mu (including 500 mu of reserve land), with current construction investment exceeding 1.1 billion RMB and continuing to grow. Since 2018, the park has completed the first phase of construction covering 300 mu, attracting 20 tenant enterprises, and is currently accelerating the development of the second phase.
Leveraging the Xiamen Tungsten industrial chain, the park is driven by innovation and industrial synergy to create a world-class industrial ecosystem cluster for rare earth permanent magnet motors. Through institutional and systemic innovation, it is committed to building a “platform for talent aggregation, a platform for technological innovation, and a platform for industrial development.”
The industrial park is located in the northwestern part of Jimei District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province, on the southwest side of the Houxi Cluster within the Jimei Machinery Industry Concentration Zone. It is approximately 5.5 kilometers from Xiamen North Station and about 15 kilometers from Xiamen Island. Upon completion, the park will serve as a leading force in the motor industry and become an integral part of the Jimei Machinery Industry Concentration Zone.
