The Gemdale Weixin Wenjiang Smart Manufacturing Park is a major industrial project in Chengdu. Located in Zone A of the Chengdu Medical City, it has a planned floor area of approximately 147,000 square meters and a total investment of 3 billion yuan, with construction divided into two phases. Phase I of the project was successfully completed and registered on November 6, 2023, and is expected to welcome contracted companies by October. The first batch of tenants includes Chengdu Heyi Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. and others.
Phase I of the park primarily comprises Buildings 1, 3, 10, 11, 12, and 13, while Phase II is scheduled to commence construction by the end of 2023.With the goal of “high-quality investment promotion and high-quality operations,” the Gemdale Weixin Wenjiang Smart Manufacturing Park has intensified its efforts to attract investment. It has already signed agreements with more than 10 companies, including Chengdu Pukang Biotechnology and Simi Technology, and has a pipeline of 30 prospective enterprises, completing 40% of the park’s designated investment promotion area.
