Songhu Information Industrial Park is located on Yuehu Road in Dongguan (across from Yanling Wetland Park). It is a key industrial construction project for both Guangdong Province and Dongguan City. The park covers approximately 212.5 mu (about 14.17 hectares) and has a total floor area of approximately 513,300 square meters; the main phase of the first stage has been completed. Currently, the park has signed agreements with 32 companies, with 15 already in operation, including one large-scale industrial enterprise.
The industrial park enjoys convenient transportation links, providing easy access to Dongguan and the Greater Bay Area, with direct access to the Pearl River Delta Ring Expressway. It is located just 3 kilometers from Dongguan Station on Metro Line 2. The park is fully equipped with comprehensive facilities, including a one-stop industrial service center, a multi-functional conference hall, an enterprise incubation center, a smart cafeteria, employee dormitories, fully furnished talent apartments, branded convenience stores, and cafes, among other business and commercial amenities.Additionally, the industrial park is surrounded by commercial resources such as Tianxin Cultural and Commercial Plaza, Hengda Commercial Plaza, and Hongxing Department Store (Puxin Lake Avenue Branch), as well as educational institutions including Tangxia Lele Kindergarten, Tangxia Danquan Kindergarten, Mickey Kindergarten (Hesheng Road), and Tianxin Kindergarten.
In terms of investment promotion, the Chashan Town Government has partnered with the Guanmin Investment Group to establish Chashan’s first government-enterprise joint investment promotion base, appointing park investment ambassadors and consultants to strengthen communication with the government. The industrial park also leverages resources such as the Guanmin Chamber of Commerce and industrial funds to provide “one-on-one” and “tailored” services, empowering enterprises within the park.
