The Kunding·Tianjin Dongli Health Industry Park project is located in the Huaming High-Tech Zone of Dongli District, Tianjin. With a planned total investment of approximately 800 million yuan, the project will be developed in two phases. Phase One covers an area of approximately 100 mu, with an investment of about 400 million yuan, and will primarily involve the construction of industrial plants and ancillary facilities.
As a demonstration base for industrial synergy in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the project will, upon completion, establish a high-end industrial park centered on the "big health" theme, along with a comprehensive ecosystem of related supporting industries. This will effectively promote the coordinated development of Beijing’s high-end manufacturing enterprises and Tianjin’s local industrial resources.
