Dongguang AI Valley is located in the Longtan Industrial Robot Industry Zone in Chengdu. Developed by Chengdu Dongfang Guangyi Investment Co., Ltd., it covers a total area of 203 mu, with a planned gross floor area of approximately 451,000 square meters. Phase I of the project covers 137 mu, with a total gross floor area of approximately 266,000 square meters and a total investment of 1.25 billion yuan; it was completed in April 2023.Phase II covers 66 mu, with a total floor area of approximately 185,000 square meters.
The first phase of this industrial park will focus on the functional zone’s core industrial positioning. Guided by the “five-in-one” principle of “R&D and design, innovation and commercialization, scenario creation, community services, and landscape environment,” it will prioritize attracting R&D and production entities in specialized sectors of smart manufacturing—such as artificial intelligence, digital communications, and the industrial internet—as well as functional headquarters with business aggregation effects.
