Dali International Industrial Park is positioned as a life sciences industrial park. It features specialized facilities such as GMP-compliant spaces, biopharmaceutical R&D buildings, and supporting apartments, with the aim of creating a global strategic platform for emerging industries that integrates life sciences and technology services.
Park Scale: Phase II covers an area of 162 mu (approximately 10.8 hectares), with a total floor area of about 300,000 square meters, including 50 mu (approximately 3.3 hectares) of residential and supporting facilities with a floor area of 70,000 square meters.
Industrial Focus: The park focuses on the life sciences industry while also encompassing technology services and other related fields.
Transportation Advantages: The project benefits from a multi-modal transportation network, situated between Hangzhou East Station, Hangzhou South Station, and Xiaoshan International Airport. It is also in close proximity to the Asian Games Village, the G20 Main Venue, and the Qianjiang New Town CBD, all of which are accessible within half an hour.
