Ascendas OneHub GKC (Guangzhou Knowledge City) is a comprehensive technology park jointly developed by Singapore’s Ascendas Group and the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City Investment and Development Co., Ltd. It is the first comprehensive technology park in the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City and marks another significant milestone in the city’s development.
Located in the initial development zone of Guangzhou Knowledge City, the technology park covers an area of 30 hectares with a total investment of 2.3 billion RMB. The project is expected to take 10 years to complete.With extensive experience and a proven track record in the design and management of business parks across Asia—particularly in China and India—Ascendas Group is leveraging these strengths to develop Ascendas OneHub GKC into a high-quality, 600,000-square-meter business space that integrates high-tech innovation, software development, and industrial R&D.
