The park covers an area of approximately 738 mu and is being developed in two phases.
Phase I has already commenced construction, covering 457 mu with a total floor area of approximately 1 million square meters. It comprises 10 clusters and 48 buildings, including 45 high-standard industrial plants and 3 supporting facilities, with a floor area ratio of 2.77. It serves as the flagship of Chengmai Laocheng’s 100-billion-yuan industrial cluster.The park will create a new type of modern market-oriented industrial space, providing enterprises with Hainan’s premier high-standard, multi-purpose industrial buildings.
The Hainan Eco-Smart Industrial Park is set to become a new benchmark for industrial parks in Laocheng’s Tech New City.
