The Pearl River Science and Technology Innovation Park is located south of Xindiao East Road and west of Luntou Road in Haizhu District, Guangzhou. It is adjacent to the Wanmu Orchard and Haizhu National Wetland Park, borders the Pazhou Convention and Exhibition District to the north, and is close to the Haizhu District Government and Zhongda Textile City to the west. The park has a total land area of approximately 260,000 square meters and a total floor area of approximately 840,000 square meters, with a planned total investment of 7.7 billion yuan.The park is the largest existing urban industrial park in Haizhu District and the largest in terms of area within Guangzhou’s central urban area. In 2022, it was designated as a “Guangzhou High-Quality Development Model Park.” The park benefits from special support policies for Guangzhou High-Quality Development Model Parks and Haizhu District Urban Industrial Parks.

Leveraging the industrial strengths of the surrounding area and Guangzhou International Bio-Island, the park has established a “4+2” multi-dimensional industrial system. It focuses on next-generation information technology, intelligent equipment, biopharmaceuticals, and technological innovation as its leading industries, with technology services and lifestyle services serving as supporting sectors. The park promotes the integrated development of manufacturing and services to build Haizhu’s modern “smart manufacturing” industrial system and establish Guangzhou’s Artificial Intelligence Technology Enterprise Acceleration Pilot Zone.
