The Changshun·Chuanggu (Taixing) Health and Smart Industry Park project is located in the Taixing Economic Development Zone. It covers a planned area of 153 mu and will be developed in two phases. With a total construction area of approximately 200,000 square meters and a total investment of about 1.5 billion yuan, the park is expected to accommodate approximately 90 enterprises and generate annual tax revenue of approximately 130 million yuan upon full operation.The project aims to create a life and health industrial park featuring a medical device supply chain base, a traditional Chinese medicine logistics base, a health product supply chain base, a health industry service demonstration and experience base, a medical, elderly care, and rehabilitation training base, as well as health preservation and elderly care facilities. Scheduled for full completion in 2022, it will establish Taixing’s distinctive identity and reputation in the medical and health sector, thereby enhancing its core competitiveness.
Leveraging Taizhou’s strengths in higher education institutions, research institutes, and talent resources, the project adheres to the industrial development principles of “capitalizing on trends, extending existing sectors, and filling supply chain gaps.” It aims to create a modern industrial cluster dominated by electronic information, biopharmaceuticals, energy and environmental protection, equipment manufacturing, and artificial intelligence sectors, bringing together over 100 high-value-added, high-growth enterprises.
