The Lian Guan Advanced Manufacturing Center project is located at 195 Zhen'an Middle Road in Wusha Community. It consists of factory buildings with 50-year land use rights (red title deeds) that can be freely subdivided. The planned site covers approximately 60,000 square meters, with a total floor area of about 280,000 square meters. The project plans to construct 13 industrial buildings and one talent apartment building, providing tenant enterprises and professionals with a green, eco-friendly environment that integrates production, R&D, exhibition and sales, and residential living.The project is expected to be completed and ready for operation in July 2024. It will prioritize attracting leading enterprises in fields such as mold design and manufacturing and high-end electronics and information technology. By leveraging these flagship companies to drive investment along the industrial chain, the project aims to attract more high-quality projects, create an industrial cluster featuring coordinated development across upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors, and promote the high-quality development of Chang’an’s high-tech industries.
