Lian Dong U-Valley • Xi'an Fengxi Science and Technology Innovation Valley is located 1 kilometer southwest of Phase I of Yun Valley in the western part of Fengxi New Town, Xixian New Area; 3 kilometers northeast of Jiaotong University Innovation Port; and 2 kilometers directly north of Diaotai Station on Metro Line 5.The park primarily hosts industries such as electronic information, intelligent manufacturing, testing and inspection, precision instruments, and medical devices. Adhering to principles of high standards and quality, the project aims to become an urban industrial hub integrating design and R&D, manufacturing, pilot-scale production and technology commercialization, corporate headquarters, and high-end services. Currently, the project has attracted 39 enterprises, with national-level high-tech enterprises and large-scale enterprises accounting for over 70% of the total.Topping out is expected by the end of December 2022, with full delivery scheduled for October 2023.
